依鲁替尼是一种口服的布鲁顿酪氨酸激酶（BTK）抑制剂，通过抑制肿瘤细胞复制和转移需要的BTK而起到抗癌作用。2013年11月被批准用于治疗复发性套细胞淋巴癌。2014年2月被批准用于治疗复发性慢性淋巴白血病（CLL）。2014年7月被批准用于治疗17p缺失CLL。2015年1月被批准用于治疗华氏巨球蛋白血症。

适应症:

依鲁替尼是一个激酶抑制剂适用为患者的治疗：

（1）曾接受至少1次既往治疗套细胞淋巴瘤(MCL)患者；

（2）曾接受至少1次既往治疗的慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)。

这些适应证是根据总缓解率，尚未确定生存或疾病相关症状改善。

用法与用量:

MCL：560mg口服每天1次(4粒140mg胶囊每天1次；

CLL：420mg口服每天1次(3粒140mg胶囊每天1次。

用一杯水口服胶囊，不要打开或咀嚼胶囊。
