Zurig 80 Febuxostat Tablets 

Zurig is
a xanthine oxidase inhibitor. It works by blocking an enzyme in the body
(xanthine oxidase), which lowers levels of uric acid in the blood. This helps
to prevent gout flare-ups.

Uses of Zurig 80mg Tablets

Febuxostat is used for long-term treatment of high blood uric acid levels in
patients with gout.

Febuxostat Tablets Side Effects 

Joint
pain, nausea, skin rashes, hives, chest pain, shortness of breath. 

Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE sides effects occur: 

Severe allergic reactions
(rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling
of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue; unusual hoarseness); blood in the urine or
stools; chest, jaw, or arm pain; confusion; coughing or vomiting blood; a decrease in the amount of urine produced; fainting; fast, slow, or irregular
heartbeat; fever, chills, or persistent sore throat; hearing loss; mental or
mood changes; muscle pain or cramps; one-sided weakness; red, swollen,
blistered, or peeling skin; shortness of breath; sudden, severe nausea or
vomiting; symptoms of high or low blood pressure (eg, headache, dizziness,
tiredness, weakness); symptoms of liver problems (eg, yellowing of the skin or
eyes; dark urine; pale stools; right-sided stomach pain; loss of appetite;
unusual nausea or tiredness); slurred speech; stomach pain; unusual bruising or
bleeding; unusual sweating or weakness; vision problems (eg, blurred vision).

卫健委也推荐使用洛匹那韦、利托那韦

在《中国新闻周刊》的专访中，王医生谨慎地表示：“这种药物就他的个例来说是有效的，但目前还不清楚对其他病患是否有效，需要后续观察。”

这个确实是一个大实话，目前不管是武汉肺炎还是“非典”，都没有特效药。钟南山院士在媒体上也曾经这样评论过。

虽然王医生吃了使用这个药物治疗后好转，咱们不知道对于他的病情，是否不用这个药，也可以好转。

因为武汉的新型冠状病毒才突然出现，目前还没有针对这款病毒进行过严格实验，不知道洛匹那韦、利托那韦抗病毒效果是否比抗SARS病毒更好。

但是，正是因为没有特效药，对于来势汹汹的流行肺炎，也急需对一些可能的治疗方案进行尝试。

正是因为如此，在国家卫健委办公厅向各地卫健委下发的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案（试行第三版）》中，也提到抗病毒治疗可以使用“洛匹那韦/利托那韦每次2粒，一日二次”。

注意事项

尽管洛匹那韦/利托那韦有希望用于治疗武汉肺炎，有几点必须注意：

1. 洛匹那韦/利托那韦目前并不是正式用于治疗冠状病毒感染的药物，其疗效尚未完全获得证明，必须谨慎使用。

2. 必须在医生的指导下进行。

3. 千万不可用于没有生病的人，作为预防性药物。毕竟药物都有副作用。

4. 千万不要滥用，请将有限的药物留给真正急需的患者
