    WHAT IS CADINIB 400 MG TABLETS?

    Cadinib is a chemotherapy drug that works by slowing or
    stopping the growth of cancer cells.

    WHAT IS THE USE OF CADINIB 400 MG
    TABLETS?

    Imatinib is used for treating certain types of leukemia,
    certain bone marrow diseases, a certain type of skin cancer, and certain
    intestinal tumors (e.g., gastrointestinal stromal tumors [GIST]). It may also
    be used to prevent cancer from growing in patients after surgical removal of
    GIST.

    Cadinib 400mg Tablet
    is used in the treatment of 
    blood
    cancer (Chronic myeloid leukaemia) and
    gastrointestinal stromal tumour.

    Cadinib 400mg Tablet
    is an anti-cancer medication. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal
    protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps to stop or slow the
    spread of cancer cells.

    WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE
    SIDE-EFFECTS OF CADINIB 400 MG TABLETS?

    Upset stomach, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, headache,
    muscle/joint pain, muscle cramps, dizziness, blurred vision, or drowsiness may
    occur. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist
    promptly.

    Nausea, Rash,
    Vomiting, Musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain, Edema, Abdominal pain,
    Fatigue, Diarrhoea, Muscle cramp.

    Tell
    your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including:

    Easy
    bruising/bleeding, unusual tiredness, sudden/unexplained weight gain, swelling
    hands/ankles/feet/abdomen, swelling around the eyes, shortness of breath, fast
    heartbeat, black/bloody stools, vomit that looks like coffee grounds, symptoms
    of liver disease (such as nausea/vomiting that doesn’t stop, loss of appetite,
    stomach/abdominal pain, yellowing eyes/skin, dark urine).

    General Instructions:

    Take
    Cadinib 400 mg Tablet exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Do not take in
    larger or smaller quantities than recommended. Do not take this medicine on an
    empty stomach. You may require frequent blood tests and liver function tests
    while taking this medicine. You may also require frequent follow-ups with your
    doctor to check the progress of treatment. Do not stop the use of this medicine
    without consulting your doctor.
