ABOUT BIOBIN
Biobin is an antimetabolite. The way these medication works is not completely understood. It may work by binding to the RNA or DNA of certain cancer cells, which helps to slow down their growth and reproduction. It may also act by inhibiting an enzyme that works in the cancer cell reproduction.
MEDICINE USES :
Cytarabine is used for treating lymphomatous meningitis.
Change in appetite; constipation; cough; diarrhea; dizziness; drowsiness; mouth or tongue sores; stomach pain; tiredness; weakness.
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); back pain;CYTARABINE SIDE EFFECTS :
- Change in appetite; constipation; cough; diarrhea; dizziness; drowsiness; mouth or tongue sores; stomach pain; tiredness; weakness.
- Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); back pain;
- bowel or bladder problems; burning, pain, numbness, or tingling; confusion; decreased sense of touch; difficult or painful urination; difficulty walking;
- fast or irregular heartbeat; fainting; fever, chills, or persistent sore throat; headache; hearing problems (eg, hearing loss); joint pain; memory problems; mental or mood changes (eg, agitation, anxiety, depression); muscle pain, weakness, or cramping; nausea;
- neck pain or rigidity; one-sided weakness; pain, redness, or swelling at the injection site; seizures; severe or persistent dizziness, drowsiness, or light-headedness; severe or persistent dry mouth or eyes;
- shortness of breath; sluggishness; swelling of the hands, ankles, or feet; tremor; trouble sleeping; trouble swallowing; unusual bruising or bleeding; unusual tiredness or weakness; vision problems (eg, blurred vision, vision loss); vomiting.

WHAT IS BLEOCIP ?
Bleocip is a cancer medication that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body. It is classified as an antitumor antibiotic. Antitumor antibiotics are made from natural products produced by species of the soil fungus Streptomyces. These drugs act during various phases of the cell cycle, and each drug acts during a specific portion of the cell-cycle
MEDICINE USES :
Bleomycin is used to treat squamous cell carcinoma, a skin cancer that can affect the mouth, throat, nose and sinuses, penis, vagina, cervix, and other. Bleocip is also used to treat Hodgkin’s disease and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, testicular cancer, and malignant pleural effusion (a build-up of fluid in the outer tissues of the lungs, caused by certain types of cancer). This medication treats only the symptoms of prostate cancer but does not treat the cancer itself.
BLEOMYCIN COMMON SIDE EFFECTS :
dark streaks or discoloring on your skin; fingernail or toenail changes; temporary hair loss; mild itching; vomiting; pain near your tumor; or redness, warmth, itching, or swelling around the IV needle.
Call your doctor at once if you have:
- fever or chills; sudden chest pain or discomfort, wheezing, dry cough or hack;
- shortness of breath; confusion, feeling weak or tired, loss of appetite, rapid weight loss;
- a light-headed feeling, feeling like you might pass out; white patches or sores inside your mouth or on your lips;
- severe redness, itching, rash, blistering, or tenderness of your skin; or unusual hardening or thickening of your skin.

Boletraaz 5 mg Tablet
ABOUT BOLETRAAZ
Boletraaz is an immunosuppressant. It works by blocking the action of certain blood cells in the immune system that may cause the body to reject the transplanted organ.
MEDICINE USES :
Boletraaz is used with other medications (such as cyclosporine) to prevent rejection of a kidney transplant. Everolimus is also used with other medications (such as tacrolimus) to prevent rejection of a liver transplant.
EVEROLIMUS COMMON SIDE EFFECTS :
Constipation, headache, nausea, and sores in the mouth/throat may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: swelling hands/ankles/feet, wound problems (such as infection, slow wound healing, opening of wound), decreased sexual ability (in men), chest pain/pressure, shortness of breath, unusual bruising/bleeding.
Everolimus may cause your cholesterol/triglycerides or blood sugar to increase.

SAFETY INFORMATION (Precautions) for BOLETRAAZ EVEROLIMUS TABLETS :
Before taking everolimus, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or to sirolimus or temsirolimus; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details.
Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: high cholesterol/triglyceride levels, any recent/current infections, diabetes, liver disease, certain hereditary enzyme problems (galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption).
Do not have immunizations/vaccinations without the consent of your doctor. Avoid contact with people who have recently received live vaccines (such as flu vaccine inhaled through the nose).
Since this medication may increase your risk of skin cancer, avoid prolonged sun exposure, tanning booths, and sunlamps. Use a sunscreen and wear protective clothing when outdoors.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. You should not become pregnant while you are taking everolimus. Everolimus may harm an unborn baby. Ask about reliable forms of birth control while taking this medication and for 8 weeks after stopping treatment. If you become pregnant, talk to your doctor right away about the risks and benefits of this medication.
It is unknown if this medication passes into breast milk. Because of the possible risk to the infant, breast-feeding while using this drug and for 2 weeks after stopping treatment is not recommended. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.MEDICATION STORAGE REQUIREMENTS :
Store at room temperature of 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). Protect from light; protect from moisture.
DRUG INTERACTIONS :
Some products that may interact with this drug include: other drugs that weaken the immune system/increase the risk of infection (such as natalizumab, rituximab), ACE inhibitors (such as captopril, lisinopril).
Other medications can affect the removal of everolimus from your body, which may affect how everolimus works. Examples include :
azole antifungals (such as itraconazole, ketoconazole),
boceprevir,
cobicistat,
macrolide antibiotics (such as clarithromycin, erythromycin),
HIV protease inhibitors (such as atazanavir, ritonavir),
rifamycins (such as rifabutin, rifampin),
