WHAT IS NAVELBINE INJECTION?
Inorelbine is an anti-cancer (“antineoplastic” or “cytotoxic”) chemotherapy drug. This medication is classified as a “plant alkaloid.” Vinorelbine is cancer medication that interferes with the growth of cancer cells and slows their spread in the body.
USES OF NAVELBINE INJECTION:
Vinorelbine is used to treat various types of cancer. It is a chemotherapy drug that works by slowing or stopping cancer cell growth.
Vinorelbine is given by injection only into a vein by a healthcare professional. It is usually given over 6-10 minutes, once a week, or as directed by your doctor. The dosage is based on your medical condition, response to therapy, and body size.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:
A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but gets medical help right away if it occurs. Symptoms of a serious allergic reaction may include: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, and breathing.
Nausea, vomiting, fatigue, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, muscle aches, joint pain, or irritation at the injection site may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Temporary hair loss may occur. Normal hair growth should return after treatment has ended.
To prevent constipation, eat a diet adequate in fiber and drink plenty of water. Your doctor may also prescribe a laxative (such as a stool softener) to help prevent constipation.
COMMON SIDE EFFECTS MAY INCLUDE:
People using this medication may have serious side effects. However, your doctor has prescribed this drug because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk offside effects. Careful monitoring by your doctor may decrease your risk.
Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: numbness/tingling/pain in the hands or feet, decreased reflexes, mouth sores, easy bruising/bleeding, weakness, new or increased trouble breathing, cough, severe constipation, stomach/abdominal pain, blood in the urine, mental/mood changes.

Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: liver disease, numbness/tingling of the hands or feet, blockage of the stomach/intestines (e.g., obstruction, paralytic ileus), heart disease.

Other medications can affect the removal of vinorelbine from your body, which may affect how vinorelbine works. Examples include azole antifungals (such as itraconazole), macrolide antibiotics (such as erythromycin), rifamycins (such as rifabutin), St. John’s wort, drugs used to treat seizures (such as carbamazepine), among others.

ABOUT NELVIR
Nelvir belongs to a class (group) of HIV drugs called protease inhibitors (PIs). PIs block an HIV enzyme called protease. (An enzyme is a protein that starts or increases the speed of a chemical reaction.) By blocking protease, PIs prevent HIV from multiplying and can reduce the amount of HIV in the body.
MEDICINE USES :
Nelfinavir is used for treating HIV infection in combination with other medicines. It is an HIV protease inhibitor. It works by blocking a substance that is needed for the HIV virus to multiply.
NELFINAVIR SIDE EFFECTS :
All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome:
Diarrhea; gas; loss of appetite; nausea; stomach pain.
Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur:
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); fever, chills, or sore throat; mental or mood changes; suicidal thoughts or actions; symptoms of high blood sugar (eg, confusion; flushed face; fruit-like breath odor; increased thirst, hunger, or urination; unusual drowsiness); unusual bleeding or bruising.

STORAGE REQUIREMENTS :
Store at room temperature of 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F).

WHAT IS NEOBEN INJECTION?
Vinorelbine is an antineoplastic. It works by targeting cancer cells and interfering with their reproduction.
USES OF NEOBEN INJECTION:
Neoben 10 Mg Injection is a potent anti-cancer medication prescribed to primarily combat non-small cell type of lung cancers. You may also be prescribed this medicine if you are suffering from certain types of ovarian cancer or breast cancer, and sometimes in case of Hodgkin’s disease. The drug works inhibiting the process of cancel cell division, thereby it stunts the spread or growth of cancer.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:
The medicine is not available in a form that can be taken orally. It is generally injected intravenously by a medical expert in a clinic. The Neoben 10 Mg Injection drug can be classified as a vesicant. This may lead to severe tissue damage and blistering of the skin and surrounding healthy tissues, if it is not administered properly in the veins. You must alert your doctor immediately if you start noticing reddening of the skin surface, along with pain or swelling at the site of injection.
COMMON SIDE EFFECTS MAY INCLUDE:
The medicine is not recommended to breastfeeding mothers as the drug is known to be excreted in the human milk which eventually passes on to the infant, causing major health complications. You are advised to not conceive during the course of the treatment. You must abstain from drinking alcohol, smoking, caffeine and tobacco during the course of treatment.
Side Effects of Neoben are Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Fatigue, Hair loss, Low blood platelets, Increased liver enzymes, Fever, Anemia (low number of red blood cells), Bleeding, Constipation.

DRUGS INTERACTIONS:
Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart problems, vascular problems or low production of blood cells from the bone marrow (myelosupression); liver problems or have had radiotherapy around the liver.
Do not take live or attenuated vaccines during therapy and avoid contact with people who receive them.
Use two methods of contraception while on this therapy and 3 months after it to avoid pregnancy.
Men should not father a child while on this therapy and 3 months post it. They should also seek guidance and counselling on sperm conservation before taking this therapy.
Avoid contact with skin, eyes or mucosa as vinorelbine may cause irritation. Thoroughly wash the skin area, in case of skin contact with the medicine.
Take vinorelbine preferably with a light meal to reduce nausea. Soft capsule gels of vinorelbine should not be taken with hot fluids, as the medicine may quickly dissolve.
Vinorelbine is not recommended in children below 18 years.

Nerlynx 40mg Tablet

Nerlynx Uses
Nerlynx Tablet is used to treat adults who have early-stage breast cancer, which:
- is HER2-positive and
- has previously been treated with the medicine trastuzumab.
How to take Nerlynx Tablet
Neratinib tablets come in one strength, 40 mg, taken by mouth.
Take prescribed dose once daily by mouth with food.
Take Nerlynx exactly as prescribed by the specialist.
Take at approximately the same time each day.
Swallow Nerlynx Tablets whole, do not crush, dissolve or open capsules.
Do not change your dose or stop Nerlynx unless your specialist tells you to.
If you miss a dose of neratinib, resume therapy with the next scheduled daily dose; do not replace the missed dose.
Nerlynx Side Effects
Most people will not experience all of the side effects listed for neratinib nerlynx tablet.
Neratinib side effects will improve after therapy is complete.

How Nerlynx Works

Avoid taking H2-receptor antagonists (famotidine, cimetidine, ranitidine), proton pump inhibitors, If necessary, take antacids 3 hours before taking neratinib tablet.It is not known whether this drug passes into breast milk. Because of the potential risk to the infant, breast-feeding while using this drug is not recommended. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

ABOUT NEVIMUNE
Nevimune belongs to a class of anti-HIV medicines called non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs). Reverse transcriptase is an enzyme that HIV needs in order to multiply. It stops reverse transcriptase from working, and thus helps control HIV-1 infection.
MEDICINE USES :
Nevirapine is an antiviral medication that prevents human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) cells from multiplying in your body. It is used to treat HIV, which causes the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). It will not prevent or cure HIV or AIDS.
NEVIRAPINE SIDE EFFECTS :
mild nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or stomach pain; muscle pain; headache, tired feeling; or changes in the shape or location of body fat (especially in your arms, legs, face, neck, breasts, and waist).
Stop using Nevirapine and call your doctor at once if you have:
fever, swollen gums, painful mouth sores, pain when swallowing, skin sores, cold or flu symptoms, cough, trouble breathing;
