RAPACT

RAPACT is an immunosuppressant. It works by blocking the action of certain blood cells in the immune system that may cause the body to reject the transplanted organ.

MEDICINAL USES

RAPACT is used with other medications (such as cyclosporine) to prevent rejection of a kidney transplant. Everolimus is also used with other medications (such as tacrolimus) to prevent rejection of a liver transplant.

RAPACT COMMON SIDE EFFECTS :

Constipation, headache, nausea, and sores in the mouth/throat may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: swelling hands/ankles/feet, wound problems (such as infection, slow wound healing, opening of wound), decreased sexual ability (in men), chest pain/pressure, shortness of breath, unusual bruising/bleeding.

Everolimus may cause your cholesterol/triglycerides or blood sugar to increase.

SAFETY INFORMATION (Precautions) :

Before using this
medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of:
previous cancer treatments (including radiation therapy to the chest), heart
disease, high blood pressure, previous severe reaction to monoclonal antibody
treatment.

Perjeta can make
you more likely to get infections or may worsen any current infection. Avoid contact
with people who have infections that may spread to others (such as chickenpox,
measles, flu). Consult your doctor if you have been exposed to an infection or
for more details.

·        
Do not have
immunizations/vaccinations without the consent of your doctor. Avoid contact
with people who have recently received live vaccines (such as flu vaccine
inhaled through the nose).

·        
Tell your doctor
if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. You should not become pregnant
while using Pertuzumab. This medication may harm an unborn baby.

·        
It is unknown if
this medication passes into breast milk. Because of the possible risk to the
infant, breast-feeding is not recommended while using this drug or for 7 months
after the last dose. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

STORAGE OF RAPACT :

Store at room temperature of 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). Protect from light; protect from moisture.

RAPACT INTERACTIONS :

Some products that may interact with this drug include: other drugs that weaken the immune system/increase the risk of infection (such as natalizumab, rituximab), ACE inhibitors (such as captopril, lisinopril).

Other medications can affect the removal of everolimus from your body, which may affect how everolimus works. Examples include :

    azole antifungals (such as itraconazole, ketoconazole),
    boceprevir,
    cobicistat,
    macrolide antibiotics (such as clarithromycin, erythromycin),
    HIV protease inhibitors (such as atazanavir, ritonavir),
    rifamycins (such as rifabutin, rifampin),
    St. John’s wort, telaprevir, telithromycin, among others.

WHAT IS REDITUX INJECTION?

Rituximab is a cancer medication that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody.

Monoclonal antibodies are a relatively new type of “targeted” cancer therapy.

USES OF REDITUX INJECTION:

Rituximab is used to treat non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma or chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Rituximab is also used in combination with another drug called methotrexate to treat symptoms of adult rheumatoid arthritis. Rituximab is also used in combination with steroid medicines to treat certain rare disorders that cause inflammation of blood vessels and other tissues in the body.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:

Rituximab sometimes causes side effects due to the rapid destruction of cancer cells (tumor lyses syndrome). To lower your risk, your doctor may add a medication and tell you to drink plenty of fluids. Tell your doctor right away if you have symptoms such as: low back/side pain (flank pain), signs of kidney problems (such as painful urination, pink/bloody urine and change in the amount of urine) and muscle spasms/weakness.

This medication can decrease blood cells, which can cause anemia, decrease your body’s ability to fight an infection, or cause easy bruising/bleeding. Tell your doctor right away if you develop any of the following symptoms: easy bleeding/bruising, black/tarry stools, vomit that looks like coffee grounds, signs of an infection (such as sore throat that doesn’t go away, fever, chills), unusual tiredness, pale skin.

COMMON SIDE EFFECTS MAY INCLUDE:

A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

Nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, joint/muscle pain, weakness, or flushing may occur. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

People using this medication may have serious side effects. However, your doctor has prescribed this drug because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk offside effects. Careful monitoring by your doctor may decrease your risk.

Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: swelling hands/ankles/feet, increased thirst/urination, numbness/tingling of arms/legs.

 瑞格非尼已被包括在美国、欧洲和日本在内的全球 60 个国家批准用于转移性结直肠癌 (mCRC) 治疗和用于之前使用伊马替尼和舒尼替尼治疗后肿瘤再次出现恶化或对两款药物无法耐受的、不可切除或转移性胃肠道间质瘤 (GIST) 成年患者的治疗。

 2017年4月，美国FDA批准瑞格非尼用于治疗不可能切除性肝细胞癌的治疗。瑞格非尼对于经多吉美治疗后耐药（失败）的晚期肝癌患者有显著的疗效。

适应症:

瑞格非尼适用于：

1、经伊马替尼和舒尼替尼治疗的局部晚期、不可切除的或转移性胃肠道间质瘤患者。

2、既往接受过含氟嘧啶、含奥沙利铂、含伊立替康的化疗、抗VEGF治疗、抗EGFR（KRAS野生型）治疗的转移性结直肠癌。

3、适用于经多吉美治疗后耐药（失败）的晚期肝癌患者。

用法与用量:

瑞格非尼的推荐剂量：以28日为一疗程，前21日每日口服1次，每次160mg（4片），持续用药直至出现疾病进展或不能耐受的毒性。

口服给药，在每日的同一时间服用，与脂肪含量不超过30%的低脂早餐一起服用。如漏服1次，不应补服。
